去了四个地方(智人中心总会、第八届马新智能气功交流会、崇正小学、SPI居民协会)。

中心的一个血癌病人治好了,还不到十岁,是一个奇迹。

现在,还在努力创造更多的奇迹。

一个信息就是:大家都一样的优秀。

槟城智人学员的站庄方面在取得了认同。智人学员都长功了。

大家的潜能要开发。潜力、能力,要加强。

都可以做到 – 抻气30分钟、蹲墙30分钟或120次。

每天能做到抻气30分钟、蹲墙30分钟或120次和站庄,几乎就没有病了。

就不用吃药了。

不用等到初级班的捧气贯顶法,才来好病。现在就能好!

凡是抻气、蹲墙不到位的,感觉酸疼、都是体内不通;主要是老化、过去累积的药物、或是外伤。体内不通则痛,通则百病不生!

一个人的慢性疾病和各种疾病,往往就是在这种的情况,而没有找到适当的解决的方案才形成的。一个是『不知』、一个是『无知』,还有一个是『半知不解』。

所以,

我们一定要练到停止老化,变成年轻化!

我们一定要练到把所有的药物,通通排除,排出体外,使身体更加的通透!

我们一定要练到所有的外伤、损伤都要修复,功能正常、功能优化!

One Message : Everyone is equally excellent.

Many recognized that Penang ZhiRen members had put strenuous efforts on practicing Zhan Zhuang. Congrats!

We all must develop our inner talent together.

We all can do Chen Qi (Stretching Qi) 30 minutes, wall squatting 30 minutes (or 120 times) and Zhan Zhuang 30 minutes as a beginner.

When we do these practices every day, we almost will not get sick.

And there is no need to take any medicine.

There is also no need to wait until Level 1 (Peng Qi) to enjoy full recovery (complete healing); it is NOW.

Improper way of practicing, feeling pains, all these are the indicators of inner body blockage. Mainly due to aging process, medicines, drugs consumption in the past or external injuries (accidents / sports). Our body gets pain when it is blocked (during practice), and if all these pains are “cleared”, we all won’t get sick!

Therefore,

We must practice to stop(slow down) aging process, even being “anti-aging”.

We must practice until all drugs (residual) are removed from our body, body becomes “cleared”!

We must practice until all external injuries are repaired and healed, functions back to normal, and optimized !
